Moulin de Boutineau has a range of features and facilities all aimed at making your carp fishing in France holiday even more relaxing and memorable – especially for any friends, family or your partner who have come along too.

For youngsters there is a set of swings and a slide in a play area in the orchard and also provided is a table-tennis table with bats & balls, a traditional metal boules set and a badminton box.

A large size portable football goal and net can be used in our nearby flat field. Bikes are also available for use by guests at 10 euros per bike per day (or 5 euros half day), to discover the beautiful Indre Valley area or just cycle to the patisserie or across the water meadows into Loches.

For all ages the extensive grounds are great for exploring our grassy fields and woodland for wildlife, either walking, playing, or just simply lounging in the hammock on the island with a picnic and relaxing.

There’s lots of wildlife to spot too, from fabulous birds including hawks, woodpeckers, golden orioles and kingfishers to red squirrels, roe deer and green lizards, plus over 30 different species of butterflies.

Inside all the cottages are various books and games for a rare rainy day, as well as a flat screen TV to play dvd’s and a modern USB tower music system. We have a huge range of dvd’s for hire at a nominal fee of 2 euros each.
